I will start off by saying that I HATE TO WORKOUT. Seriously, I loathe it. But, I love the feeling that a good workout gives you, so I put up with the exercise just for the high-point afterwards.
That being said, I can now get down to the nitty-gritty.
I have been working out/dieting every day for a month now and see NO results. I kill myself on the elliptical for an hour every day, lift weights, and watch what I eat, and I've lost a grand total of 3 pounds. NOT. ACCEPTABLE.
After discussing this with a friend, I've decided to get back on the 30 Day Shred bandwagon. And this time, I'll stick with it. My friend looks absolutely AMAZING and, after looking at results/reviews online from other normal people (ya know...average bloggers like myself) I've decided that surely this will get me the results I want. I'm planning on (eventually) posting pictures of the progress (as much as it pains me to put "fat pictures" of myself on the internet, I feel like it'll be the best way to actually see the results, since many of the reviews didn't boast weight loss, but instead boasted body transformation). Since the number has never been as big of a deal as how I look, I feel like picture evidence is the best way to go.
Stay tuned for results and a LOT of complaining...here we go.
